All deposited funds must originate from payment accounts registered in the name of the pk367 account holder. Third-party deposits — whereby the payment source is not owned by or in the name of the registered pk367 User — are strictly prohibited and will result in account review, funds held, and potential account termination.
pk367 does not charge fees for deposits processed via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Bank transfer transactions may be subject to processing fees levied by the User's financial institution, for which pk367 accepts no responsibility. Deposit amounts once credited to a pk367 account are non-refundable to the original payment source except in accordance with the withdrawal process described in Section 6.
Anti-Money Laundering: pk367 operates in full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. Unusual deposit patterns, high-volume transactions or other suspicious financial activity will be flagged for compliance review. pk367 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any User at any time.
Withdrawal requests on pk367 may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the pk367 account holder. pk367 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All withdrawals require a fully verified (KYC-complete) account.
For verified accounts, withdrawal processing to JazzCash and EasyPaisa is typically completed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of request submission during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving financial institution.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. pk367 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal limits on individual accounts, which may vary by account verification status and loyalty tier. Users approaching these limits will be notified within their pk367 account dashboard.
pk367 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in circumstances where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) active bonus funds with unfulfilled wagering requirements are detected on the account; (c) the account is under compliance review; or (d) a withdrawal request is flagged by anti-fraud systems for investigation. pk367 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe; detection of prohibited conduct; or compliance with a legal obligation or regulatory direction.
In the event of account termination due to a material breach of these Terms by the User, pk367 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and — where fraud, criminal activity or deliberate breach is established — all remaining real-money funds may be held pending investigation and legal proceedings.
